For the past
two years we have been sponsoring monthly jam sessions on the last Friday and Saturday of each month. Along with our local
pickers, there have been many pickers stop by and pick with us. Every one is invited to come by and join the fun. We offer
free dry camping to every one that picks music, no matter what your level of picking. There are also sites with full hook-ups
at discount prices for those interested. Our main purpose is to promote bluegrass music and help others learn while having
fun. There is always a lot of food and a lot of friendly people. If you plan to dine with us, just bring a covered dish.

April 30, 2010
This year, our first scheduled jam will be April 30. Again, every
one is invited to join us for the weekend. We hope to have our local people for the weekend and are inviting any one who enjoys
bluegrass music. If you have never been to a bluegrass jam, you are missing a special part of life. Bring a covered dish and
join us for a weekend of fun.

May 28 & 29
Our first jam of the year was a success. We had several newcomers that were great pickers. The regulars were here also. We
had meatloaf sandwiches, home made vegetable soup and barbecue sandwiches. The rain held off until late Saturday, making a
super weekend.
The next jam will be held May 28 and 29 and again,
every one is welcome to join us. Stop in and enjoy some great bluegrass and good down home cooking. As usual, dry camping
is free for the pickers. Hope to see you then.

People who stop at our park have a standard question they ask. " What is there around here
to do for fun. We have many attractions nearby to see. One place that I recommend that is fun for every one, young and old,
is "The Special Place Gem Mine". If you have time while here, check it out. Click on the link below for more information.
